  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp turmeric (for colour & anti-inflammatory kick)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or mustard powder for depth

  • ¾ cup plain goat cheese
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or bone broth
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Sea salt to taste

🛠️ INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook pasta according to package in salted water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Blend all sauce ingredients (either version) until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour sauce over warm pasta, mix well, and return to low heat for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more salt, lemon, or yeast as desired.
  5. Serve hot with steamed broccoli, peas, or crispy kale on the side.
