Defective or Misprinted Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, please report it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and make it right at our expense.
Lost in Transit:
For packages lost during transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be our error will be covered by us.
Address Issues:
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. If an insufficient address results in a return to our facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming the updated address with us.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment to yourself or your customer.
Buyer's Remorse:
At AwakeApparel, we understand that sometimes decisions can change. However, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, which includes returns for product exchanges or size adjustments. Our commitment is to craft unique, quality items tailored to your order, and we encourage thoughtful consideration before making a purchase. Sealed Goods:
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, primarily due to health and hygiene reasons. Therefore, we won't be able to reship or refund these items.
