🍽️ Dish: 🧈 Intention-Infused Butter

🧠 Truth Trigger: "When butter is infused with herbs, minerals, and intention—it becomes medicine, not just flavour.”

Butter is one of the most stable cooking fats when grass-fed and minimally processed.

It’s naturally rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K2), but more importantly—it’s absorbable. When you blend it with the right herbs or minerals, it becomes a delivery system for healing.

This recipe helps people:

  • Avoid seed oils, emulsifiers, and synthetic spreads
  • Upgrade flavour without processed sauces
  • Reconnect to slow food and intentional preparation
  • Learn the basics of infusions (a core skill in natural remedy building)

        TRUTH DROP

The same corporations that pushed toxic oils tried to ban butter. Now they sell plant-based spreads filled with emulsifiers, seed oils, and “natural flavours.” The truth? Butter heals—and when you infuse it with herbs, it becomes medicine.

          🧽 CLOSING CLEANUP

The body needs healthy fats to absorb minerals and fat-soluble vitamins. When you remove seed oils but don’t replace them properly, deficiency creeps in. Butter—especially when infused—is one of the cleanest tools for brain, hormone, and skin health.

            1. FEED THE BODY.
              FUEL THE REVOLUTION.
