                Nightshade-Free Warrior

→ Ditch the tomato paste. Add ½ tsp smoked paprika and a splash of coconut aminos.

→ Swap sweet potatoes for mashed cauliflower + garlic + ghee for a lighter, keto-friendly version.

                Liver Boost

→ Mix in 2 oz finely chopped grass-fed liver into the meat for nutrient density.

                Vegan Adaptation

→ Use lentils instead of beef, swap bone broth for veg broth, and olive oil for fat.

                          📣 TRUTH DROP

The classic shepherd’s pie is a relic of wartime convenience—white potatoes, canned soup, mystery meat. But we’ve been conditioned to see it as “comfort.” In truth, it’s a stealth delivery system for processed dairy, refined starches, and dead ingredients. By remastering it with purpose—ancestral meat, vibrant roots, and healing herbs—we reclaim comfort without compromise. That’s sovereignty on a plate.
