🛠️ INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. In a small saucepan, warm honey/maple, nut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour wet over dry. Mix until fully coated.
  6. Press mixture firmly into the pan.
  7. Bake for 18–22 mins until golden at the edges.
  8. Cool completely, then cut into bars.
  9. Store in airtight container up to 7 days (or freeze for longer).
